Football Linebacker Training in the Metro East at Elite Speed

Linebacker Training at Elite Speed

Our Linebacker at Elite Speed of all ages (Youth-Professional) offers high level instruction to give them a cutting edge over their opponent come next football season. Athletes will be guided in the right direction in order to become a superior defensive threat. Our training is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of the specific movement patterns of the position and illustrate a clear understanding and education of how and why.

What To Expect

During our Linebacker training sessions, athletes can expect to be challenged both mentally and physically through high-level techniques and detailed instruction. We pride ourselves on our commitment to precision, emphasizing the small yet crucial nuances of body mechanics, positioning, and football IQ. Every drill is designed to sharpen focus, improve reaction time, and build muscle memory. Our coaching ensures that athletes not only master specific movements but also fully understand how each action translates to real-time, in-game situations—ultimately developing smarter, more effective linebackers on the field.

2025 Linebacker Training Schedule is as followed:

Monday | 7 PM – 8 PM

Wednesday | 7 PM – 8 PM
