Coach Tucker is an East St. Louis native who attended Belleville West High School (2009-2013), becoming a standout football and track & field athlete.
Although Tucker was an All-Conference athlete in both sports, the majority of his accolades came from football, where he earned honors an All-State, All-Metro, and Metro-East Player of the Year as a linebacker.
Tucker went on to play football at the Division 1 level with North Dakota State University Bison. He was an all-conference football player and was apart of four national championships, as well as a 55-5 record during his four years there. He was also given professional opportunities with the NFL, CFL, and YourCall Football.

Elite Speed has partnered with former McKendree Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line coach Eric Bergman to bring extensive offensive line training and research to St.Clair and Clinton County. Bergman has Division 1 playing experience where he played on the offensive line at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
Bergman has a decade of college coaching experience and has built relationships with college and high school coaches along with his own background and connections with top level offensive line coaches.
This monthly group training program for tackles, guards and centers, is a perfect opportunity to get better and prepare for the upcoming season. The techniques each athlete will be working on are the same skills they will need to excel during live gameplay. This includes stance, footwork, hand placement, run blocking technique, pass blocking, pulls, combo blocks, and much more.

This package is a good off-season running back training. Athletes will learn how/when/where to perform basic elite level moves using skill specific drills. Expect to be doing skill training that was developed while training Division 1 running backs. Training will be held at Elite Speed.

At Elite Speed, our Semi-Private Training program is designed to give athletes the best of both worlds: the attention and customization of private training combined with the energy, competition, and motivation of a small group setting.
What is Semi-Private Training?
Semi-private training is a highly personalized training format where 2–4 athletes work alongside each other in a shared session. Each athlete follows a customized plan designed to meet their individual goals, sport demands, and current ability level, while the coach actively rotates between them to provide focused guidance, feedback, and motivation.
Unlike large group classes, where everyone performs the same workout, semi-private sessions are strategically tailored to each athlete—allowing for real progress while keeping the benefits of shared intensity and team-like encouragement.
