At Elite Speed, we’re passionate about empowering female athletes to move with confidence, strength, and speed. Our Girls Speed & Agility class is the perfect introduction to our high-performance training designed specifically for young women ready to take their athleticism to the next level.

Class Time: Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Female Athletes ages 12 & up
  • Middle school, high school, and club athletes from all sports
  • Girls looking to become faster, more agile, and more explosive on the field or court
  • Athletes ready to train in a fun, empowering, and competitive environment


Price:

4 Sessions/$80

8 Sessions/$120

Drop in Sessions/$30

Payments:

*Each training payment covers a 4-week cycle—just like a gym membership. You can join and start training at any time during the month. After 4 weeks, your plan will automatically renew to keep your training going. Please note: missed group sessions can’t be rescheduled or refunded.*

🏃‍♀️ What You’ll Experience 

  1. Girls-Only Speed & Agility Group Training
    This class is designed to meet the unique needs of female athletes, focusing on confidence-building and athletic development in a team-oriented setting.
  • Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility: Activations, stretches, and drills to increase flexibility and reduce injury risk.
  • Sprint Form & Speed Development: Proper mechanics for faster starts, smoother acceleration, and top-end speed.
  • Agility & Quickness Drills: Ladder work, cone patterns, reaction-based movement, and competitive footwork games.
  • Power & Strength Training: Intro to plyometrics, resistance bands, and sled pushes to boost explosiveness and lower-body strength.


This portion of the session focuses on athletic movement, competition, and building a strong foundation — all in a positive girls-only setting.
