Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Elite Speed’s Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In consideration of Elite Speed and the participation of any athlete under Elite Speed, I hereby state that Elite Speed and the individuals representing Elite Speed are not responsible for any preexisting injury or recurrence of any undisclosed preexisting injury or illness of the listed athlete. I further acknowledge and release Elite Speed, all coaches, and all Elite Speed participants from all liability including claims and suits at law or equity for injury that may result from the athlete taking part in any Elite Speed training activity.

11. Media Release Statement

I hereby authorize Elite Speed, the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, in whole or in part, either digitally or in any other medium used, my child’s name and/or photographic image. I agree that such reproduction of picture/video may be edited as desired and used in whole or in part in the activities of Elite Speed. I release and discharge Elite Speed and its agents, representatives, and assignees from any claim or cause of action now or later discovered, for among other things, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and defamation arising out of the use and utilization of the photographs.

12.Parent/Legal Guardian Statement

I, as a parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and fully understand that the participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk or serious injury and that there may be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseen at this time. I assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any damages following such injury, permanent disability, or death. I hereby consent to said minor’s participation and assume all the risks of his/her personal injury that may result from program activities.

13.Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. All plans and monthly memberships require a minimum of 15  days written notice prior to next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. Failure to cancel a subscription 15 days in advance will result in a $60 cancellation fee. You can cancel your subscription by accessing your account. You also must email us 15 days in advance at info@elitespeed.org, or call our office at 618-326-1555.  All sales are final with no refunds or warranties under any circumstance. Elite Speed does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.  THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE.
