Offensive Line Training at Elite Speed

Our Offensive Line Training at Elite Speed, available for all ages (Youth to Professional), offers high-level instruction to give participants a cutting edge over their opponents come next football season. Athletes will be guided in the right direction in order to become a superior offensive threat. Our training is designed to teach the fundamental basics of the specific movement patterns associated with the position and provide a clear understanding of how and why.

What To Expect

During our Offensive Line training sessions, athletes can expect to be challenged both mentally and physically through detailed instruction and high-level technique work. Our coaching approach emphasizes attention to detail, focusing on the subtle yet critical nuances of body mechanics, positioning, and mental processing. We break down each movement to ensure athletes not only execute correctly but also understand why each technique matters and how it translates to real game situations. From footwork and hand placement to reaction time and communication, every aspect is designed to build smarter, stronger, and more effective offensive linemen.

Offensive Line Coach

Elite Speed has partnered with Eric Bergman, former McKendree Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line coach, to bring extensive offensive line training and research to St. Clair and Clinton Counties. Bergman has Division 1 playing experience, where he played on the offensive line at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.

Bergman has a decade of college coaching experience and has established relationships with college and high school coaches, complemented by his own background and connections with top-level offensive line coaches.
