CJ, It’s been a major confidence booster between speed training and the 7v7. Can’t wait to see the difference it makes come June and all the different football camps we are planning on attending. Since Brodan joined Elite Speed’s training program we’ve seen tremendous improvement in every aspect of his running. From his overall form to his starts as well as high end speed.
