Elite Speed has made our sons better athletes throughout the years while training in high school and preparing for college football. They have both become faster and more athletic. CJ is a constant motivator and holds them to high standards. He is a great person and extremely easy to train with. Training at Elite Speed has been very beneficial in their development.
