Our Boys Speed & Agility Free Trial introduces your athlete to our performance-driven coaching in a fun, focused, and competitive environment.

Class Time: Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

- Boys Speed & Agility Group Training
Our class is designed to challenge and sharpen athletes through structured drills and competition-style movement.
- Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility: Stretching and movement prep to activate muscles and prevent injury.
- Speed & Sprint Mechanics: Learn efficient sprinting technique, acceleration form, and change-of-pace running.
- Agility & Footwork Training: Quickness drills using ladders, cones, and reactive games to develop control and coordination.
- Explosive Power Development: Sled pushes, resistance bands, jumps, and more to boost athletic power and first-step quickness.
