Our Boys Speed & Agility Free Trial introduces your athlete to our performance-driven coaching in a fun, focused, and competitive environment.

Class Time: Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Middle school and high school athletes
  • Athletes from all sports looking to improve quickness, speed, and overall performance
  • Competitive athletes ready to train hard and grow in a structured, high-energy group

4 Sessions/$80

8 Sessions/$120

Drop in Sessions/$30

Payments:

*Each training payment covers a 4-week cycle—just like a gym membership. You can join and start training at any time during the month. After 4 weeks, your plan will automatically renew to keep your training going. Please note: missed group sessions can’t be rescheduled or refunded.*

  1. Boys Speed & Agility Group Training
    Our class is designed to challenge and sharpen athletes through structured drills and competition-style movement.
  • Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility: Stretching and movement prep to activate muscles and prevent injury.
  • Speed & Sprint Mechanics: Learn efficient sprinting technique, acceleration form, and change-of-pace running.
  • Agility & Footwork Training: Quickness drills using ladders, cones, and reactive games to develop control and coordination.
  • Explosive Power Development: Sled pushes, resistance bands, jumps, and more to boost athletic power and first-step quickness.


This group setting creates a competitive, team-like feel while helping each athlete improve speed, technique, and overall movement.
