Trenches Reloaded, led by Coach Poe is a high intensity football training program designed to improve the speed and agility of offensive and defensive linemen. Son of former 8yr NFL Corner Johnnie Poe, Coach Poe originally of New Orleans Louisiana played High School Football at East St. Louis Sr High where he was All Conference x3, All Area x2, and All State as a Linemen. Graduate of Greenville University where he was First Team All Conference x4, All Region x2, Linemen of the Year x2, and All American x2. Coach Poe has been coaching in St Louis area since 2013 including 2yrs of coaching at collegiate level, and has trained numerous All State and NCAA linemen. He believes in fundamentals and details. Everything must transfer to the field. If not, why do it? Come learn the nuances of playing anywhere on the offensive or defensive line.

This is the perfect package to accommodate your small group or team needs. Our speed & agility class is a high intensity group of 1-15 athletes, ages 13+. Designed for the high level athlete who aspires to push her speed and agility to another level. The pace and intensity in these classes are much higher than the youth training model. Sessions focus on speed, agility, plyometrics and explosive movements. Athletes must be evaluated by a Elite Speed Trainer to be placed in the Elite training classes.

Semi-Private Training is group training for 2-4 people per session. Groups are kept small so as to ensure each person gets the high quality and customized coaching they need. You can expect a strong team atmosphere and high energy each and every time.

This is a group wide receiver training that is offered for both young and older athletes. Every Monday/Wednesday from 7pm – 8pm. Come join us and learn from Coach Cameron James and other top athletes in the local area. Our training sessions will provide players the opportunity to become the “Complete” Wide Receiver and improve upon the following critical skills:

It focuses on fundamentals of athlete performance and physical activity for individuals ages 7 and older. Classes are designed to incorporate linear speed drills, agility, functional movement and injury prevention (strength and flexibility). The young athlete will perform a variety of exercises to help improve overall fitness, athletic performance and tools to develop self-confidence.
