At Elite Speed, we help young athletes lay the foundation for long-term athletic success. Our Coed Speed & Agility Free Trial gives your athlete a firsthand experience of our expert coaching, high-energy environment, and proven training methods — all in a fun and supportive group setting.

Class Time: Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

- Coed Speed & Agility Group Training
Our dynamic group sessions are age-appropriate, engaging, and built to challenge each athlete at their level.
- Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility: Improve flexibility, movement control, and injury prevention.
- Speed Mechanics & Sprint Technique: Learn how to run faster and more efficiently.
- Agility, Footwork & Change-of-Direction: Ladder drills, cone work, and games to boost reaction time and coordination.
- Explosiveness & Power: Plyometric movements and resistance-based drills to develop strength and acceleration.
